Running an agency is a joy. We get to participate in bringing ideas to life and enabling experts to do their thing while we help tell their story. It is incredibly rewarding.
It is also incredibly difficult. Client services require coordinating vast amounts of relational context and project details while delivering high quality output. You receive more input than an in-house team, from more directions, with less stable context. The coordination pain that every business feels is multiplied tenfold in an agency.
Over the past two years, we have built apps, workflows, and processes to assist our ability to deliver marketing projects in a manner that is unhurried, expresses gratitude and relational care, and demonstrates high craftsmanship. That is the goal, at least. We call this approach Calm, Care, and Craft.
Through trial and error, success and challenge, we developed a clearer vision for what we call redemptive marketing. With it came a roadmap for a new chapter.
A couple of months ago, we announced a waitlist for a public version of our Snapmarket platform, due early 2026. We have decided it is in the best interest of all our stakeholders for us to double down on this platform and give it the attention required to launch it effectively.
Therefore, Parker Smith will be departing Snapmarket to lead our new SaaS venture, Snapwork, while Brandon Giella will continue to lead Snapmarket. Both ventures will be tightly integrated with shared objectives of enabling agencies to run projects with Calm, Care, and Craft.
This creates a reinforcing loop. The agency reveals coordination failures. The platform fixes them. Platform improvements make the agency operate more efficiently. Agency success builds platform credibility. We are not building software in a vacuum. We are building it while living through the problems it solves.
Many tools that try to solve coordination problems lack the right feedback loop. They do not have the dog-fooding methodology. Software in this realm often does not understand the problem well enough to offer a real solution. That is evident in how frustrated people remain with the coordination layer. Our tight integration with a live agency is what sets this project apart.
Snapmarket clients will get access to Snapwork as part of your Partner engagement. Otherwise you are welcome to join the waitlist
We are excited for this new chapter. As always, we are grateful to serve.
